With our property management we’ll perform the following services for you:
- Market the property on multiple sources online.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other realtors for showings, applications and questions.
- Screen all applicant’s credit, criminal and eviction history.
- Prepare the lease, perform a move in inspection.
- Collect all required rents and deposits.
- Properly maintain the security deposit on behalf of the tenant, pursuant to Florida Chapter 83.
- Provide and coordinate maintenance as required and approved for the property.
- Periodically inspect the property during occupancy.
- If rent is not received in a timely manner, we will commence eviction proceedings.
- Provide for you a monthly statement (usually around the 10th of the month) will full accounting of all monies and any outstanding or projected issues.
