Terms & Conditions:
Minimum purchase price of $150,000. Minimum cooperating commission offered in MLS of 2.5%. Closing on existing (resale) properties must be completed within 90 days to be eligible for the Double Your Money promotion. Closing for brand new construction properties must be completed within 365 days to be eligible for the Double Your Money promotion. For each additional 30 day period the promotional return is reduced by 10%. All rebates will be credited to the buyer at closing and disclosed on the HUD settlement statement , for example $500 professional services fee will return $1000 as a buyer rebate at closing. Maximum buyer rebate allowed is $4000, twice a $2000 professional services fee. This offer excludes referral buyers and is subject to broker approval.
